By downloading, installing, or using the FortuneTrip mobile application ("App") and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

FortuneTrip is a gamified, personality-driven travel platform that matches users with recommendations, quests, and nearby coordinates. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts & MBTI Profiles

To unlock personalized recommendations and record your travel quests, you may be required to create an account and input travel preferences, including your personality type. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Safe and Responsible Travel

FortuneTrip promotes active exploration and real-world quests. However, user safety is our highest priority. You agree that:

• You will obey all local laws, traffic regulations, and private property rights while executing quests.
• You will avoid dangerous terrain, hazardous weather conditions, or restricted zones.
• You assume all risks associated with your physical travel and interactions with other users.

5. Proximity Memories & Content

You may post geo-located digital notes ("Proximity Memories") in designated spots. You retain ownership of your content, but grant FortuneTrip a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content to other travelers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FortuneTrip, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any physical injury, property damage, data loss, or incidental damages arising out of your exploration or use of the application.
